Apple Accused of Slowing Down iPhone 4s with iOS 9 on Purpose





Apple has been recently accused of “deceptive trade practices and false advertising’ for not warning people that iOS 9 may noticeably slow down their iPhone 4s units. Plaintiff Chaim Lerman believes that since the update, the phone has become much slower and prevented him and other users from normal everyday usage.

iPhone 6c to Get A9 Processor, 2GB of RAM, Better Battery and More - Rumors



According to the latest report from MyDrivers, the long-awaited iPhone 6c that is expected to be released in the first half of 2016 may be equipped with Apple’s A9 processor and 2GB of RAM. Apart from that, the handset will reportedly feature a larger 1642 mAh battery, Touch ID fingerprint sensor and a slightly curved display with the resolution of 1136x640 pixels. In terms of design, the 4-inch device will resemble the iPhone 5s released in 2013.

iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus shipments in the fourth quarter of 2015 are lower that it was originally expected. iPhone 7 to Become Waterproof and Feature New Body?



A report from DigiTimes citing reliable Asian sources indicates that the iPhone 7 may become the first waterproof iPhone since the launch of the original iPhone in 2007. The device may also be manufactured out of “new compound materials” to hide the antenna cutouts on the back panel. A Taiwanese firm called Catcher Technology will likely remain the main chassis supplier for the upcoming handset, the sources add. The company will produce about 30-35% of iPhone 7 chassis.

As noted by French reporters from a website called Consomac, back in November Apple filed several trademark applications for the following word marks: B2, B3, B4, B5, Beats Two, Beats Three, Beats Four, and Beats Five. The application is currently being reviewed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Apple Working on Better iPhone and iPad Displays at Secret Taiwan Plant
