Apple Announces iOS 10 with New Features and Design Tweaks





Apple has just announced iOS 10 with a number of new advanced features and improvements to notification center, lock screen, QuickType keyboard, Photos app, Maps and other sections of the operating system.

According to the information shared during the WWDC keynote, the next version of iOS will be focused on enhancing user experience. New lock screen notifications, improved and slightly redesigned iMessages, Notes, Photos, HomeKit, Maps, Apple Music and, most importantly, Siri will contribute to this task.

As it was expected, iOS 10 will become available for public testers in July with public release coming this fall. The new version of Apple’s mobile operating system will be compatible with iPhone 5 or higher, so most users will get a chance to take a closer look at all the updates announced today.

Apart from iOS 10, Apple has also unveiled macOS Sierra, watchOS 3 and a new generation of tvOS. Stay tuned for more detailed reviews of the software updates announced during the WWDC keynote.
