This Saturday Boy Genius Report published photos of a new iPhone prototype with a codename N94 (codename of Verizon iPhone 4 is reportedly N92). The device works "with T-Mobile USA 3G bands" and runs a test version of iOS, as photos reveal Radar and Directory apps, which are accessible only for the company's employees.

It is also may be noticed that the proximity sensor is situated not in the same place as in retail version of white iPhone 4. BGR suggest this is only a test prototype.

"...We’d wager that Apple is just testing the new T-Mobile-friendly radio with its current iPhone 4 hardware, possibly in preparation for integration in a future device".

Last month AT&T announced that it will acquire T-Mobile USA for $39 billion from its parent company Deutsche Telekom. T-Mobile in turn claimed it won't offer the iPhone in "approximately 12 months".
