нету в данный момент iPhone 3G[S] iPhone2,1_5.0_9A5313e_Restore.IPSV, есть только iPhone 3G[S] iPhone2,1_5.0_9A5313e_Restore.DMG

под Windows ipsw из dmg выковыривается с помощью утилиты HFSExplorer

Maybe it would be nicer for Windows users if you would share the IPSW and not the DMG?

IPSW can be extracted with HFSExplorer
