iPhone 5s and 5c Account for More than 5% of All iPhones in Use - Localytics

According to the Localytics report, iPhone 5s currently represents nearly 4% of the global iPhone share. iPhone 5c still remains less demanded - it accounts for only about 2%. However, latest estimates show that Apple’s plastic handset is gaining popularity, especially in the U.S.A.

Now some accurate facts and figures from AppleInsider:

The figures were published on Monday by Localytics, which examined more than 40 million unique iPhone devices through its analytics software utilized by developers. The survey found that 3.8 percent of all iPhones worldwide are now the iPhone 5s, while the iPhone 5c accounts for 1.7 percent of all active iPhones.

As to the most popular iPhone, it is the last year's iPhone 5 - it represents 39.8% of the global market. iPhone 4s comes right after this device with 32.9% share. iPhone 4 accounts for 20.2%.

It is interesting, though, whether iPhone 5c will be able to compete with iPhone 4/4S and 5. Will see.
