Like last time, Apple’s iPad/Mac Oct. 16 press event won’t be streaming on Windows and this time around requires Safari on a Mac, iOS device or an Apple TV. Apple to Release iOS 8.0.1 with Numerous Fixes - Rumor



According to the latest rumors, Apple is currently working on iOS 8.0.1, which will bring fixes for such features as Phone, Keyboard, Safari, Sharing and VPN on the iPhone and iPad. Whether there will be any fixes for Wi-FI and battery life issues discovered a couple of days ago is still a question without an answer. Leaked Schematics Suggest that iPhone 6 Will Feature 1GB of RAM



According to what has been recently shared by a Weibo user nicknamed GeekBar, Apple’s iPhone 6 will get only 1GB of RAM. This is the same amount of RAM as can be found inside of the iPhone 5, iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c. If the leaked schematics are indeed for the upcoming 4.7-inch or 5.5-inch iPhone 6, we may assume that in terms of the amount of RAM, Apple’s next-generation smartphone will be weaker than the existing flagship devices of the rival vendors, which already have 2GB of RAM on board.
