Apple has been hit with $530,000 lawsuit in China
M.I.C Gadget reports that a new lawsuit at Apple were filed by the Shanghai Animation Film Studio. Apple allegedly permitted the sale of films without the consent of the Studio. Given that Apple does not directly sell the audio or video content through the iTunes Store in China, it seems that the problem is with movies provided through third-party applications in the App Store.
Angry Birds Star Wars to Launch November 8th
Rovio has announced that it will release a Star Wars edition of Angry Birds on November 8th.

Apple released iOS 6.0 Beta 2 for developers
Apple recently released new iOS 6 beta 2 for developers. It is available as an OTA update or as a download here. Apple also updated Xcode 4.5 developer preview 2, Apple TV beta 2 as well.
When you download and install iOS 6.0 Beta 2 OTA the Settings icon animates. Take a look:
Siri Reportedly Coming to iPad with iOS 6
9to5Mac reports that one of the features in forthcoming iOS 6 is Siri version for the iPad. Currently Apple’s voice assistant is supported only by the iPhone 4S. As for the new iPad, the device has dictation with voice recognition, but not seeing the inclusion of full Siri support at its launch earlier this year.

NBA2K12 Will Be Launched For iOS Devices On October 4
Game maker 2K Sports will release its NBA 2K series for iOS devices on Apple’s Media Event day. Next Tuesday NBA 2K12 will hit iPhone and iPad for the first time. As CNET , the game features great animations and Signature Style shooting. NBA2K12 includes support for Apple’s Game Center and features Michael Jordan classic challenge. Actually, it is for the first time the legendary player has adorned a mobile platform.
Adobe Products Are Partially Supported in Lion
The new OS X Lion includes not only many improvements but also side-effects. Adobe has found issues in new OS related to its applications and posted a list of them in knowledge base article last week. The list is rather long, but the main issue is the absence of hardware acceleration for Flash Player in new Lion.

Apple Explores New Multitouch Gestures And "Physical" Ways Sharing Documents
Last week United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) published a new patent application that describes new multitouch gestures for imitating physical metaphors and allowing users to share documents across devices, for example, by “pouring” files between devices (showed in the picture above).

DevTeam released a new version of RedSn0w 0.9.6 rc10. Short after that they released a fix for that - RedSn0w 0.9.6 rc11.
DevTeam have added boot animation logo, removed some unnecessary settings, and fixed some bugs.
Everything else is the same - untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.1 for all devices and both Windows and Mac OS X users.

Readers Like Ads On The iPad More Than Its Print Versions
Dave Dickson from Adobe Digital Publishing blog published the results from another interesting survey that studied people's perception of different ads.
The research paper is entitled "Digital Ad Engagement: Perceived Interactivity as a Driver of Advertising Effectiveness" and was conducted by Alex Wang, Ph. D. at the University of Connecticut.

What New Features Adobe's Creative Suite 6 May Offer

Samsung Galaxy Tab Is an 'Over-Sized Phone', Not Tablet
Sencha, which is a web application developer, has recently compared Android-based Samsung Galaxy Tab and Apple's iPad and made a conclusion that a Samsung's tablet is "a little bit of disappointment".
As Sencha develops different JavaScript frameworks that enable developers to creating rich mobile apps for Android and iOS devices built from web standards, the company is interested to know how good actual products perform and support HTML5 and related web standards. The latter include overall JavaScript performance, embedded multimedia playback, Web Sockets, Canvas animations, SVG and advanced CSS3 transforms. Here are the results received by Sencha in their tests of Galaxy Tab and iPad:
