Apple Will Release iOS 7.1 in March - Rumor



The company from Cupertino will release the final version of its iOS 7.1 to the public no sooner than in March. Apart from the new mobile operating system, Apple is expected to unveil the next-generation Apple TV.

Two More Evasi0n7 Exploits Successfully Patched in iOS 7.1 Beta 5



Looks like Apple has found a way to prevent people from jailbreaking their iOS devices. According to iH8sn0w, iOS 7.1 beta 5, released on Tuesday, patches two exploits used to jailbreak Apple’s smartphones and tablets. Keep in mind that the fourth beta patched another vulnerability used by evasi0n7. It appears that beginning from iOS 7.1, it would be impossible to hack your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. And that is definitely not good.

It is Possible to Make Any A5(X) Device Jailbreakable for Life



Looks like it is possible to make any A5(X) device jailbreakable once and forever. Well, at least this is what iH8sn0w tweeted yesterday. What this all means is that your iPhone 4S, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad mini, Apple TV 3G, and iPod touch 5G can be jailbroken literally for life.

Evasi0n7 Jailbreak Works on iOS 7.0.5, Requires Patch



I0n1c confirmed that it is safe to update to iOS 7.0.5 if you have a jailbroken device. This version of Apple’s mobile operating system is still vulnerable to the evasi0n7 jailbreak exploits. Here’s what the hacker posted on Twitter:

Group of Hackers Steals Apple's "User Data"...or Not?



A group of hackers called The 1775 Sec has reportedly caused a breach of Apple database. The cybercriminals claim they’ve stolen some user information and posted it to the Web. While some of the users’ profiles and phone numbers seem to be legitimate, many of them are currently out of service, suggesting that the data is old.

The p0sixspwn untethered jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3 - 6.1.5 was updated on January 5th to version 1.0.5. The updated jailbreak tool is available for both Macs and Windows-based computers. Evad3rs Release Evasi0n 1.0.2 with Fixes for iPad 2



As you probably know, not long ago evad3rs released their untethered jailbreak for iOS 7. Right after the release, many iPad 2 owners began to complain that their tablets won’t boot properly. Good news - the hackers came up with a fix for the problem; it is called Evasi0n 1.0.2 and it’s a beta that is said to be very helpful for all those who have problems with second-gen iPads (Wi-Fi models in particular).

Evad3rs Receive $1 Million from Chinese Company



A Chinese company reportedly paid evad3rs $1 million to install its third-party mobile application - Taig store. This app replaced Cydia on devices with default language set to Chinese.
