Warning: New Malware Attacks Mac Users



A new piece of malicious software for Mac computers called Xagent has been recently found by the Bitdefender security experts. It is a modular backdoor that penetrates into the system and can steal browser passwords, take desktop screenshots, and even steal iPhone backups stored on the computer. The malware was reportedly created by a group of hackers called APT28.

Luca Todesco Will Release iPhone 7 Jailbreak



A well-known Italian developer Luca Todesco has confirmed that he is planning to release a jailbreak tool compatible with the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus sometime in the future. However, this is not a priority for him, and he is busy with other tasks right now, so we shouldn't expect the yalu update soon.

Apple Stops Signing iOS 10.2, Downgrades Are Impossible



Apple has stopped signing iOS 10.2, which means it is no longer possible to downgrade or restore your device to this firmware version. If you’re on iOS 10.2 right now, it is recommended that your upgrade to iOS 10.2.1, unless you have jailbroken your device. In this case, it’s better to stay on iOS 10.2 and be careful not to install the latest version by accident.

Luca Todesco has just released an updated version of his iOS 10.2 jailbreak. According to the developer, the utility now supports all 64-bit Apple devices except for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus as well as some iPads. yalu beta 2, as the hacker calls it, is available on Todesco’s website.

A well-known developer Luca Todesco will add the support of iOS 10.2 to his yalu jailbreak. However, the updated utility won’t support the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. New Method of Killing Messages App Discovered [Video]



There’s a new hack that can break the Messages app on iOS 10. The vulnerability of the application has been discovered by an iOS and Windows developer nicknamed vincedes3.

To kill the Messages app, the developer sends the recipient a contact card that contains a large and complicated text. When the recipient tries to open it, the application freezes. Rebooting the device doesn’t help. The developer says that the only way to fix it without restoring the device and setting it up as new is using the link provided by the hacker on his website.

Remember, if you receive a message with a contact card called 'vincedes3.vcf', don’t open it. Below you can take a look at the video showing how the developer kills the Messages app.
