Apple Unveiled New MacBook Pro [Images & Videos]





Apple has just announced the long-awaited 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pro.

The ‘Pro’ model features a brighter and sharper Retina display, new OLED touch bar capable of performing a wide range of features, Touch ID scanner for Apple Pay, keyboard with a second-generation butterfly mechanism, dual speakers, and a new hinge. Apart from that, the updated MacBook Pro is equipped with a bunch of Thunderbolt 3 ports.

OneHanded Tweak Lets You Use iPhone Keyboard in One-Handed Mode

Apple to Release MacBook with E-Ink Keyboard in 2018



According to the latest report from The Wall Street Journal, Apple is planning to release a revamped MacBook lineup featuring E-Ink keyboards in 2018. The company will develop a new laptop together with Australian startup Sonder. It currently working on a dynamic E-Ink keyboard capable of displaying shortcuts, emojis, special symbols aside from traditional alphabet and numeric keys.

Microsoft Criticizes Apple in New Surface Pro 4 Commercial



Microsoft has recently released a new Surface Pro 4 commercial highlighting main features of the device. Along with that, the tech giant has criticised Apple for not adding a touch screen to the MacBook. Below you can a look at the latest ad as well as read the description posted to YouTube by Microsoft.

With a pen that lets you write on the screen, a detachable keyboard, and tunes like this, Surface Pro 4 is the easy choice.

Apple is expected to release an update to its Mac lineup later this year. In particular, the analysts believe that we will see a new MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac mini, and, most importantly, the Mac Pro that did not have any updates since 2013. Stay tuned for more rumors.

New iPhone 7 Plus Images Show Smart Connector, Dual Camera and New Antenna Bands



New interesting and rather controversial images have been posted online by the French website Nowhereelse.fr earlier today. The photos show the back panel from the alleged iPhone 7 Plus or Pro that features something similar to the cutouts for the Smart Connector. Apart from that, one can see an opening for the rumored dual lens camera and new antenna bands. In general, the leaked panel is similar to the iPhone 7 rear shells we have seen before, but is obviously larger. Whether the panel features a headphone jack is unknown, but possibly not.

New References to OLED Touch Panel and Touch ID on MacBook Pro Found in macOS Sierra



Several new hints that prove Apple is planning to add a new OLED touch panel instead of the function keys as well as the Touch ID fingerprint sensor to the next-generation MacBook Pro have been found in the first developer beta of macOS Sierra announced earlier this week.

The reference to new functionality is available in macOS Sierra beta for developers. There are resources that describe new LED “Do Not Disturb” and “Night Shift’ buttons on the keyboard. Other resources and references to new features are available on a dedicated webpage of Apple’s developer website.

Last month, a reliable KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reported that Apple was working on an updated MacBook Pro model with an OLED touch bar instead of physical function keys. Last week, several images appeared on the Internet showing something what appeared to be the casing for the upcoming 13-inch MacBook Pro. Finally, today we can take a look at the mockup showing how the new OLED panel and the next-generation laptop itself may look like if Apple indeed decides to replace the physical keyboard keys.

Apple to Release Brand New MacBook Pro in Q4 2016 - Analyst



Reliable KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has recently predicted that Apple is working on an updated MacBook Pro model. According to the analyst, the next-generation laptop will come in two sizes, 13-inch and 15-inch, and feature USB-C, Thunderbolt 3, Touch ID and an OLED display touch bar to replace the physical function keys above the keyboard.
