Lucky Customer Posts First iPhone 6s Benchmark Results and More





Adrienne Levin, a customer from the United States of America, was lucky enough to receive her pre-ordered iPhone 6s much earlier than she was expecting. Knowing that there are almost no reviews and benchmarks of the long-awaited handset, she took several photos of her dog using the updated 12-megapixel camera of her Rose Gold iPhone 6s, shot a short 4K video and posted the results of Geekbench 3 benchmark to show us all performance improvements of the new handset.

Images Showing Rose Gold iPhone 6s and Retail Packaging of All Models Appear Online



Several new images showing the retail packagings of all iPhone 6s models and a rose gold device have recently appeared on the Internet. The images have been first spotted on a Spanish website called iPhoneros. The reporters claim they got the photos of Space Gray, Silver, Rose Gold and Gold iPhone 6s boxes from reliable Chinese sources, so it appears that they are legitimate and authentic. Apple Announces iSight Camera Replacement Program for iPhone 6 Plus



As it turns out, some iPhone 6 Plus units may have faulty iSight cameras. According to Apple, there’s a small percentage of devices with components inside that may fail by themselves making the photos taken with the help of the iPhone 6 Plus look blurry. Because of the problem, the guys from Cupertino have just launched a special replacement program. Users with faulty iPhones may have their devices repaired for free.

Apple Releases OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 to Users Worldwide



As you already know, the guys from Cupertino have recently released iOS 8.4.1 with fixes for Apple Music and patches for vulnerabilities used for untethered jailbreak. Apart from that, Apple has released OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 with a fix for DYLD_PRINT_TO_FILE vulnerability and a number of other enhancements. The release comes two weeks after the release of the last beta for developers and about a month after the official launch of OS X 10.10.5.
