The shipping times for many 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro models have recently begun slipping to 2 or 3 weeks. This indicates that the supplies of the high-end laptop continue to decline. Leaked Images Show Next iPhone Rival - Galaxy S6 Active



As you probably know, Apple’s main rival, Samsung, released two new smartphones, namely, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge earlier this year. Both handsets are made of aluminum and have a pretty nice design. According to the latest images posted online by @evleaks, in the near future, the South Korean tech giant will release something called the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. The rugged version of the flagship device will reportedly feature a 5.1-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, a 14-nanometer Exynos 7420 processor and two cameras, rear and front-facing, with 16 megapixels and 5 megapixels respectively. Looks like there will be no fingerprint sensor. However, the waterproof and dustproof device will get a 3.500mAh battery.

Here's How New iPhone Air Concept from SET Solution Looks Like



As you probably know, Apple's iPhone 6 is currently one of the thinnest smartphones on market. It features a sleek design and a display with incredibly thin bezels. The next-generation iPhone, which is expected to be released in the second half of this year is expected to become even thinner.

Keeping this in mind, SET Solution has recently created a new concept of the device called the iPhone Air. This model can boast of the 4-inch screen, the thickness of only 4.3mm, the height of 122.7mm and the width of 56.9mm. Moreover, it features a Full HD display and the usual Home button with Touch ID sensor. As you may see below, the latest video from the researchers is based on Apple's iPad Air commercial.

According to the latest report from people familiar with the matter, the long-awaited Apple's streaming music service based on Beats Music functionality will be called Apple Music and feature a deep social integration for artists. In fact, they will get an opportunity to share their music, photos, videos and posts with their fans. Similar feature called Ping was once added to iTunes. Looks like the guys from Cupertino have decided that an opportunity to follow the page of the favourite artist will allow to lure more customers and make the streaming service more popular.

Apple Releases Third OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 Beta to Developers



As you probably know, Apple on Monday released the third iOS 8.4 beta with a brand new Music app and a number of important improvements and bug fixes to developers and the members of public testing program. Apart from the iOS beta, the guys from Cupertino have also seeded the third OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 beta with a bunch of stability enhancements and bug fixes to developers for testing. The release took place two weeks after the release OS X 10.10.4 Beta 2. The very first version of Yosemite 10.10.4 was released in April.

Apple to Use Brand New Technology for Production of Touch Panels for iPad Pro



As you probably know, Apple is currently working on a larger 12.9-inch iPad called presumably iPad Pro. This device may feature the support of Force Touch, NFC, USB-C port and a Bluetooth stylus. According to the latest report from ETNews, the tablet will also boast of an AgNW touch-panel produced by LG Display, Samsung Display, Japan Display, or any other supplier. Apple CEO Is Interested in Creation of Apple Car - Sources



According to what Fiat Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne has recently said, Apple CEO Tim Cook is interested in the creation of an Apple-branded car. Such an announcement was made after Marchionne’s visit to California, where he had met both Tesla Motors and Apple executives and had a talk with them. As noted by the reporters, he was also "incredibly impressed" with Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk accomplishments. Well, frankly speaking, it is difficult not to be impressed.

Hacker Managed to Run Web Browser on His Apple Watch [Video]



Hackers have recently begun exploring the capabilities of the Apple Watch. The wearable gadget launched in the USA and a number of other countries on April 24th has already been hacked to run a web browser. Below you may take a look at the short video showing Google’s start page right on the screen of the smartwatch. Although using a web-browser on a device with the screen size like this does not seem a very convenient thing, the fact remains: you can use a browser on your Apple Watch.

S1 Chip Is Manufactured Using 28-Nanometer Process



According to the latest report from ChipWorks, which was mentioned yesterday, the Apple Watch can boast of the processor manufactured using a 28-nanometer technology. And that is quite strange as most of the portable devices these days have more advanced chips inside. For example, the chip, which is currently used in the iPhone 6 is created using a 20-nanometer technology and the one, which is expected be added to the next-generation iPhone, is rumored to be produced using 14-nanometer building process.

New iPhone 7 Concept by Martin Hajek [Images]



As you probably know, last year, Apple released two smartphones, namely, the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus. According to the latest rumors and the reports from reliable insiders, this year Apple may unveil two or even three smartphones at once: one with 4.7-inch display, one with with 5.5-inch display and one smaller with a 4-inch display. If to speak about other specs of the long-anticipated devices, they remain unknown.

Keeping in mind all the rumors, a well-known concept designer Martin Hajek has recently created its own model of the next-generation iPhone called presumably the iPhone 7 (or the iPhone 6s). Apple has earlier today launched a new iPad-dedicated microsite aimed at showing users how the tablet may change their lives and help in accomplishing various tasks. This site has several sections, namely, Cooking with iPad, Learning with iPad, Small Business with iPad, Traveling with iPad as well as Redecorating with iPad.

Apple Releases Safari 8.0.6, Safari 7.1.6 and Safari 6.2.6 with Security Fixes



One of the things I like most about Apple is that it continues to support older versions of its software. OS X and Safari browser are perfect examples illustrating my words.

According to a support document released by the guys from Cupertino, the company has recently released Safari 8.0.6, Safari 7.1.6, and Safari 6.2.6 for OS X Yosemite 10.10.3, OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 and OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.5 with fixes for WebKit vulnerabilities found in the browser. These vulnerabilities are reportedly connected with WebKit, WebKit History and WebKit Page Loading. If you have any of the aforementioned versions of OS X installed on your Mac, it is recommended that you should update your browser as soon as possible. This will allow to protect your data and computer from Internet thieves.

Apple to Launch Its New Music Service in Many Countries This June?



Following the report about Apple’s problems with reaching agreement with music labels ahead of the debut of the widely-rumored Beats-based streaming music service, a new rumor appeared on the Internet suggesting that the service will be launched in a number of countries in late June. Moreover, alongside the revamped subscription-based music service, the guys from Cupertino will reportedly launch an updated version of iTunes Radio. The exact number of first-wave countries remains unknown, however, reliable insiders claim this will be a ‘long list’.
