Apple Accused of Slowing Down iPhone 4s with iOS 9 on Purpose





Apple has been recently accused of “deceptive trade practices and false advertising’ for not warning people that iOS 9 may noticeably slow down their iPhone 4s units. Plaintiff Chaim Lerman believes that since the update, the phone has become much slower and prevented him and other users from normal everyday usage.

iPhone 7 to Become Waterproof and Feature New Body?



A report from DigiTimes citing reliable Asian sources indicates that the iPhone 7 may become the first waterproof iPhone since the launch of the original iPhone in 2007. The device may also be manufactured out of “new compound materials” to hide the antenna cutouts on the back panel. A Taiwanese firm called Catcher Technology will likely remain the main chassis supplier for the upcoming handset, the sources add. The company will produce about 30-35% of iPhone 7 chassis.

iPad Air 3 to Be Released in March - Analyst



According to the latest report from usually-reliable KGI analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple may release the next-generation iPad, iPad Air 3, in the first half of 2016. Unlike the iPhone 6s that is equipped with a pressure-sensitive display, the tablet will get a simple 9.7-inch screen like the one used in earlier models. iOS 9.2 Should Permanently Fix Unresponsive iPad Pro Issues - Apple



As it was already mentioned on our website, Apple on Tuesday officially released iOS 9.2 to users worldwide. The latest update features a number of important bug fixes and improvements for Safari, Mail and Apple Music and is available for all users of compatible iPhones, iPads and iPod touch units. One can upgrade to iOS 9.2 either through iTunes for Mac or Windows, or use the OTA update, which should be available through the Settings app.

Apart from the enhancements mentioned in our previous post, it turns out that Apple has also fixed the issue causing iPad Pro unresponsiveness after charging. Previously, a special support page suggested that the company was investigating the issue, while now that same page indicates that “updating your iPad Pro to iOS 9.2 or later” should fix everything.
