Pangu Team Jailbreaks iOS 8.4.1 - Rumor

I’ve got some good news for all those people who’re waiting for the release of the untethered jailbreak of iOS 8.4.1. Even though the guys from Cupertino have patched the vulnerabilities used for hacking iOS 8.4, it looks like there’re some other that can be utilized for iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak.

According to the post on the Chinese social network called Weibo, the Pangu Team has successfully jailbroken iOS 8.4.1 and showed this at the HackPwn2015 security conference. It should be noted, however, that it is very unlikely that the hackers release a new jailbreaking tool in the near future. You see, the exploits used for iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak may be used to hack iOS 9 as well, so it’s better not to reveal them right now.

Next-Gen iPhone Market Share Can See Zero or Negative Growth in Q4 2015 - KGI

According to the latest rumors shared by people familiar with the matter, even though the next-generation iPhone will boast of a more efficient processor, 12-megapixel camera, updated NFC and LTE chips, 2GB or RAM, and a number of other noticeable improvements, its market share may see zero or negative growth in the fourth quarter of this year. Latest estimates from KGI prove that Apple may sell between 65 million and 75 million iPhone units in Q4 2015. As to the reason for such relatively weak sales, it may be connected with problems in the Chinese economy as well as with the limited usage of the widely-rumored Force Touch display.

Apple Music Now Can Boast of 11 Million Subscribers

I have recently told you that the number of Apple Music early adopters is now equal to about 10 million. Well, as it turns out, I have made a tiny mistake. According to what Apple Senior Vice President of Internet Software and Services Eddy Cue has revealed in an interview to USA Today earlier this week, over the five weeks of availability, the number of Apple Music subscribers has reached 11 million. And that is an impressive adoption rate, I must admit. Still, it is currently unclear how many users will continue using the streaming music service after the trial expires.

Hackers have recently begun exploring the capabilities of the Apple Watch. The wearable gadget launched in the USA and a number of other countries on April 24th has already been hacked to run a web browser.
