Some new lower cost iPhone and iPhone 5S mockups leaked online. This time it’s a Vietnamese website Tinhte that is the author of the photos. This site, by the way, is famous for the pre-release Apple gadgets reviews, so I guess we can trust it.
Vietnamese website Tinhte.vn posted the video, showing what is allegedly a totally redesigned pair of Apple in-ear headphones. The site also notes that the product will likely be introduced either alongside the sixth-generation iPhone. The site claims that the new headphones are manufactured in Vietnam in a Foxconn plant as cable labeling reads "Designed by Apple in California. Assembled in Vietnam." The in-ear unit is somewhat a departure from current earphone models from Apple, featuring a truncated teardrop shape that is supposedly more comfortable than the gratis set supplied with the iPhone.
A translation of the video is provided below:
Following a string of complaints across the globe (especially in Australia and the United Kingdom) regarding Apple’s branding of the 4G-LTE compatible iPads, Apple has tweaked the name of their cellular-connecting iPad in some regions. The new name is simply “iPad WiFi + Cellular” and this is a shift from the former “iPad WiFi + 4G” branding. The source of the criticism of the 4G third-generation iPad models is the fact that the 4G LTE only functions in the U.S. and Canada, on a total of five carriers.
Apple did not simply make this iPad name change in the affected Australia and UK regions, but they changed it in the UK, Australia, the U.S., Canada, UAE, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, Ireland, and Hong Kong.
Portuguese-language website G1 discovered that Apple announced the May 11 launch on its official Brazilian iPad page. Apple's new iPad will launch in a total of 30 new countries this weekend, with the largest among them Brazil. Most launches will occur this Friday, May 11, but a handful more in the Middle East will have a launch this Saturday, May 12.
Apple's assembly partner Foxconn recently began manufacturing devices in Brazil, and has opened plants intended for iPhone and iPad production there. Apple began selling iPhone 4 units built in Brazil in their home country in February, but thus far, production has been limited to the 8-gigabyte handset model, model number "MD198BR/A," and has not extended to version of the latest-model iPhone 4S.
Later on Tuesday, a group of photos supposedly taken by the new iPad were posted to the website's forums. It's clear from the images that the new iPad camera is not as good as the 8-megapixel camera on the iPhone 4S, but, when compared to the iPad 2, which had a less-than-1-megapixel resolution, it's a definite step up.
"The complaint provides evidence that the December 23, 2009 agreement that Proview Taiwan entered into was fraudulently induced by the concealment and suppression of material facts by Apple's agents, and that, as a result, the 2009 agreement is void," the press release states. "Once the agreement is voided for fraud, the iPad trademarks in the European Union, South Korea, Mexico, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam will revert back to Proview Taiwan."
In October Taiwan-based company Proview Electronics charged Apple with trademark infringement related to the “iPad” name and the chairman promised to bring a legal action against Apple for damages in both China and US. Apple quietly acquired the global rights to the iPad trademark and also filed a suit to obtain the rights in China that apparently were not covered by the agreement. According to Reuter’s

One of the users of the Vietnamese forum Tinhte posted photos which he claims are the “light" versions of the iPhone 4, co-called iPhone 4S. The device depicted on photos seems to be a nearly identical product to the iPhone 4, with the exception that there is no glass front and back panel. Instead the iPhone is plastered with a translucent plastic on either side with the familiar stainless steel banding around it.
According to information leakage, predictable from the English website, the more likely Apple will introduce the iPhone 4s (cheap version) and the iPhone 5 next month. And it looks like the iPhone that you see below is the iPhone 4s.

According to the Financial Times, A Taiwanese contract manufacturer of flat screens Proview sold the "global trademark" of iPad to Apple in 2006 but it still possesses the trademark in China. Few years ago Proview released an I-Pad tablet, but the product wasn't successful and the company abandoned the project.
Caixine, which is a Chinese news site, reveals that Proview asks more than 1.5 billion dollars from Apple. Proview chairman Yang Rongshan even threatened the company:

Engadget reports about another hack made in the Book category of an iTunes App Store. 42 of the top 50 books now belong to a seller named Thuat Nguyen, whose company is written as “mycompany” and its site is
Engadget also claims that many people report about iTunes account hacking that became a reason of spending hundreds of dollars on above-mentioned books without any wish and permission of its owners. That cannot be a coincidence, so it is recommended that every Apple customer will check his purchase history in his Apple Account information.
Apple hasn’t yet commented on the situation.
As you can see the central body is different from that of iPhone 3G/3GS. We have to wait another week to know the whole truth. The iPhone 4G (iPhone HD) is expected to be announced on June 7th during Apple WWDC conference.
According to Engadget, new Apple's commercials will be shot by Sam Mendes, who is an Academy Award Winning director that is widely known for his work on "American Beauty". Website's editor Joshua Topolsky says the ad will show new video chat abilities of iPhone:
"A trusted source has confirmed to us that the ads will feature at least one spot where a mother and daughter are having a video chat conversation using the new front-facing camera that's been spied on the face of that iPhone floating around Vietnam and Northern California".
And now we have another leak from Vietnam. Tinhte.vn resource revealed few photos and video of the iPod Touch with camera which must be a next-gen Apple device. As you see from the photos below there is a "DVT-1" stamp on the back of the iPod that means it is a first design verification test unit so it may not be the final look of the upcoming iPod touch. Device's serial number reveals it's a late 2009 iPod touch 3G; also it looks pretty like the eBay prototype we talked about before.
