iOS41beta [1]

Apple released iOS 4.1 beta and SDK for developers [2]. Here is a quick look at the changes:

  1. Larger signal bars.
  2. SignalBars

  3. New look of Game Center.
  4. GameCenter [3]

  5. Favorites feature in FaceTime app
  6. FavoritesFaceTime [4]

  7. Camera app now can auto-rotate
  8. CameraRotate [5]

  9. FaceTime and Game Center Parental Controls
  10. FaceTimeSwitcher [6]
    MultiPSwitcher [7]
Among other features that were found yet:

    • New Baseband (02.07.01)
    • Spell Check can be turned off in Settings
    • Full Bluetooth AVRCP Support (technology that allows Bluetooth handsets and car dashboards to take full control over the music playback of another device)

We assume that with a new look of signal bars new firmware may have a bug fix for antenna issue as it was announced earlier by Apple, but no information was revealed on that yet.
