A new video was uploaded to YouTube on Tuesday that compares the touch screen digitizer and rear casing of a would-be iPad 5 with the current iPad 4. The parts shown in the video look just like those from the leaked photos published before and prove that the next generation iPad will get the design, which is nearly identical to the one iPad mini has.

Sonny Dickson has posted photos of the alleged front panel for the new iPad 5.
As predicted before, the photos state that the bezel is narrower similar to the one iPad mini boasts. It is rumored that Apple is mostly likely to unveil the new iPad in October, rather than on September 10th event, where new iPhones will be presented.

iPad helped to perform a liver surgery
The surgeons in Germany used iPad to perform a liver surgery. The device helped them to access and visualize planning data. Reuters informs that the doctors used an augmented reality app to overlay the liver with virtual 3D models reconstructed from the real organ.
Developed by Fraunhofer MEVIS in Bremen, this procedure helps locate critical structures such as tumors and vessels and is expected to improve the quality of transferring pre operational resection plans into actual surgery.

New 'Anti-iPhone' Nokia Lumia 1020 Ad
Microsoft has posted a new video on its Windows Phone channel. As usual, it’s a short clip that mocks the iPhone 5’s photo sensor and claims that the Nokia Lumia 1020’s 41-megapixel camera with six physical lenses is a lot better, which is quite obvious even without watching the ad.
