KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has recently predicted that Apple will sell as many as 70-75 million iPhone units during the next holiday quarter. Thanks to customers from China and strong demand for Apple’s iPhones in other countries of availability, the year-over-year growth may account for 23.6%. After the holiday quarter, however, the shipments may fall substantially and demonstrate the year-over-year decline.
New Apple TV Will Go On Sale Next Week - Tim Cook
According to what Apple CEO Tim Cook has revealed during the recent WSJDLive conference, the long-awaited fourth-generation Apple TV will start shipping as soon as next week. The company will start taking the pre-orders for the new set-top box next Monday, October 26th. First devices are expected to be shipped to customers in the countries of initial launch by the end of the next week.

Mac Sales Are Extremely Weak, but Market Share Continues to Rise - Analysts
According to the latest reports from well-known and reliable IDC and Gartner analysts, Apple’s Mac sales in the third quarter of this year demonstrate the weakest results in the course of the last two years. Still, PC sales fell by 7.7% (Gartner) or 10.8% (IDC), and the market share of Mac computers grew from 6.9% to either 7.6% (Gartner) or 7.5% (IDC). It is currently unclear how many Macs Apple actually shipped to customers in Q3 2015 as Gartner reports about 5.6 million units and IDC claims the number was equal to 5.3 million units.

Microsoft CEO Calls Apple’s iPhone an ‘iPhone Pro'
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has recently called Apple’s iPhone with a number of Microsoft apps on board an 'iPhone Pro'. During a meeting called the Salesforce Dreamforce conference, Satya Nadella demonstrated such apps as Skype, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Sway, Outlook and claimed the latter one was the best mail application currently available for users of all platforms. Microsoft CEO explained that he’s not the owner of the phone and that it is used just for demo purposes.
