Apple is going to release iPhone 7s, iPhone 7s Plus and iPhone 8 soon. As experience tells us, it can happen in September. Apple Announces $150 iPhone 6 Plus Multi Touch Repair



Apple has announced the iPhone 6 Plus multi-touch repair program. The company is offering a display repair to those, who have encountered the so-called “Touch Disease” hardware fault. However, the program is a bit different from all other as Apple demands that the customers pay $150 for the repair, claiming the issue is caused by dropping the phone, not by hardware defect. The company also gives the money back to those who already paid for the repair.

Japan Display Confirms OLED Panels Production in 2018



Japan Display has recently confirmed that it will start the production of OLED panels in 2018. Even though the manufacturer haven’t disclosed any additional details about the client requiring these new panels, it is almost clear that it is Apple that will be using new OLED displays in the iPhones starting in 2018. Looks like now Japan Display has officially become the rival of LG Display and Samsung who also compete to supply Apple with new OLED displays.

According to the latest report from DigiTimes, the guys from Cupertino are working on a new iPhone design. As noted by reliable sources, future iPhones will boast of thinner bodies with Touch ID fingerprint scanners integrated directly into the display. There will be no Home button, insiders claim. Apple reportedly looks forward to integrating both touchscreen and display drivers into a single chip.

Apple Quietly Removes Original iPad mini from Online Store



Apple has earlier this week quietly removed the original iPad mini from its online store. This means that it is not possible to purchase this device directly from Apple’s virtual marketplace anymore. In case you don’t know, the smaller version of the iPad was released in 2012 and could boast of the 7.9-inch display, Apple A5 processor, 512MB of RAM and 5-megapixel camera. Frankly speaking, it’s high time the guys from Cupertino removed this device from the store. You see, there are currently two other iPad mini models that are more powerful and efficient.

First Apple Watch Edition Unboxing Videos Appear Online



Apple has recently started shipping the high-end 18-karat gold Apple Watch Edition models to those people who pre-ordered the devices back in April. Users have begun receiving their long-anticipated 42mm and 38mm wearable devices with black sport bands.

Keeping these things in mind, it is not strange that first unboxing videos have begun to appear on the Internet. One of the first videos offering a closer look at the gold smartwatch was published on YouTube by a user nicknamed TechRax, who is famous for boiling the iPhone 6 in Coca-Cola and grinding the handset with a grinder. Next-Gen iPhone to Get 32GB of Storage, 2GB of RAM and Force Touch?



As you probably know, Apple may release the next-generation iPhone as soon as this August or September. Yesterday, a new report appeared online, which gives us some more details on the smartphone and its technical specifications. The document was released by the TrendForce reporters. According to this report, the next-generation iPhone will get 32GB of internal storage, 2GB of RAM and the support of Force Touch technology, which was first introduced in the Apple Watch and the 13-inch MacBook Pro. Just like the previous reports from reliable sources, this one suggests that there will be two iPhone models with 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch displays.

Last Year, Apple Decided Not to Release Its Own Television Set



According to the latest report released by The Wall Street Journal, last year, Apple decided to postpone the release of the television set.
