Net Applications is reporting that the iPhone owns 66.61% share, which compare to Java2ME (RIM’s OS) 9.06% and WinPho’s 6.91%, Android and Symbian’s 6.15% each, and Palm’s 2.37% and the assorted others’ at 2.75%.

Android, which Google released in October, came in fourth with 6.15 percent, following No. 2 Java ME's 9.06 percent and No. 3 Windows Mobile's 6.91 percent.

CBS has released TV.com - a new free iPhone application providing access to streaming content from the CBS family of networks.

While full episode content is currently limited to older series such as "Beverly Hills 90210", "MacGuyver", and "Star Trek: The Original Series", more limited clips are available from a variety of CBS-owned 'channels', including CBS Entertainment, The CW, Showtime, CNET TV, CBS Sports, GameSpot, CBS News, ET (Entertainment Tonight), CBS Radio, The Insider, and Chow.

This is a multiplayer racing game. Light Rides will allow players to challenge up to 4 players over Wi-Fi. As you ride your Light Ride it will leave an Energy Trail behind it that neither you nor your opponents can pass. You will need to out maneuver your opponents while making sure you don't end up in a wall.

It is reported today that Cydia could be affected by a virus. The package "snes4iphone" in the repository "zottd" may contain malicious code. The package would not lead to serious damage, but executes a script that installs an advertisement in all the html pages of Cydia, including the initial one.

If any of you thisnk your Cydia is affected, simply reinstall it via this route:

“Manage” -> “Package” -> “Cydia Installer” -> “Modify” -> “Reinstall”

It's called Zen Bound and has been produced by Chilling, the same developers created iDracula, Orions: Legend of Wizards, Sneezies, iPingPong 3D, etc. The game has already won numerous awards for Excellence in 3D (IMGA Awards winner 2009) and Best iPhone Game & Audio Achievement (IGF Mobile 2009).

It's a simple relaxing game. The primary goal is to wrap a rope around wooden sculptures. You just think of fun and relaxation, not about the highest score. There are 51 levels, three game modes. The soundtrack is 22 minutes long, composed by Ghost Monkey.

Surely you remember the video that showed you a few days ago the next version of Stack. The day after the developer anounced that he would stop developing free applications. Now he changed his mind. So the work on version 2.2 of Stack is continuing and this application will appear in Cydia soon. One more important thing is that once application is released, it will probably remain available forever.

Here is the video that shows a preview of future AppStore application called Spotify. It will allow users to listen to streaming music from the iPhone. Currently it is in the waiting for approval status.

I have a friend, who learns to play drums. If he were an iPhone owner, he would love this app.

Three different Springboard tweaks are to appear in Cydia quite soon. They make the movement of 2D icons in Springboard.Here are three different videos that show each of these effects:

The first is to have all the icons rotate in Landscape mode, and this situation will create animations by rotating the iPhone to the right or left.

TVUPlayer is a free application that allows you to see many TV channels straeming on our iPhone and iPod Touch. You can find CNN, CNBC, IBN7 and many others in different languages. There is a search in case you know what you want to watch.

SouthPark Mobile is a very nice application. However it was slow and buggy. Recently version 1.1 was released. The developers fixed many issues and improved overall performance.

New version is avaliable in Cydia, section Multimedia.

SBSettings is quite a useful utility to quickly turn on and off different parameters (f.e. 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth), adjust brightness and etc. Now users can activate and deactivate the screen lock.

When the icons is green, it means that after a certain number of minutes (depending on the settings) the iPhone will enter into standby mode turning off the screen.

Changing the icon in Red will be the exact opposite. The lock will be removed and the device will remain fixed with illuminzione active.

iBluetooth application is almost ready. This application will allow the file transfer through the iPhone Bluetooth. iSpazio got it, and Medevil is fixing some of the bugs they found. The app will be released through the iSpazio Repository in Cydia as soon as important bugs will be fixed.
