Last month, comedy site Funny or Die announced the future release of the 60-75 minute film iSteve, which is scheduled on April 15. It is based on events in the life of Steve Jobs. The movie stars Justin Long, who gained notoriety among fans of Apple for playing the role of "Mac" in the popular "get a Mac" advertising campaign, in the role of Jobs.

Apple has just launched a new TV commercial for the MacBook Pro unveiled yesterday, focusing on the machine’s breakthrough Retina display.

“The radical new MacBook Pro with Retina display. Innovation in every dimension”.

While Apple has run several high-profile ad campaign for Macs such as “Switch” and “Get a Mac”, the company rarely promotes specific Mac products in television ads. But with the Retina display and the new form factor in the new MacBook Pro, the company is obviously interested in attracting widespread attention to this product.

During Jimmy Kimmel’s live show Justin Long picked up his iPhone to share some interesting SMS he had. Meanwhile he also showed Cydia on his iPhone’s main screen. For those of you who do not know anything about this man, Justin Long is the very guy who starred in the most popular and successful commercials called "Get a Mac" by Apple, which appeared between 2006-2009 years.

Now that he no longer works with Apple, he is not afraid to break the rules of his former employer. By the way, today jailbreaking is fully legal in the USA, is not it?

We all love humorous Apple's "Get a Mac" ads featuring John Hodgman and Justin Long as 'PC' and 'Mac'. The site AdFreak has compiled all 66 TV spots that have aired during Apple's Get a Mac ad campaign.
