A limited but growing number of 2015 MacBook Pro users have turned to the MacRumors discussion forums with complaints about user interface lag on OS X Yosemite. The lag results in slow or choppy animations and graphics across multiple areas of OS X, including opening Mission Control or Launchpad, launching full-size applications, resizing windows and scrolling through web pages.
The most-recent laptop is not the first one, which has problems with user interface. According to the information from Apple Support Communities forums and other reliable sources, a wide number of people using 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pro laptops released in 2012 - 2014 have encountered with similar UI lags on OS X Yosemite. It appears that the main problem lies in the software, not the hardware of the computers, however, this fact is yet to be acknowledged by Apple.
