Galaxy Note 8 to Feature Dual Camera – Analyst
According to the research note shared by usually-reliable KGI analyst Ming-Chi Kuo and obtained by 9to5Google, the Galaxy Note 8 may get a dual camera similar to the one the iPhone 7 Plus has. The expert believes that the camera will become “the most important upgrade” of the device. Kuo also revealed that the handset will get a 6.4-inch QHD+ OLED display along with Exynos 8895 or Snapdragon MSM8998 processor, depending on the country.
The Galaxy Note 8 will get a dual camera with 12-megapixel wide-angle lens and 13-megapixel telephoto lens. In terms of image quality, the camera will be close to the camera of the OLED iPhone 8, the analyst claims.
Ming-Chi Kuo has a good track record when it comes to major product releases, so his latest research note looks is a reliable source of information.
The Galaxy Note 8 will be released later this year, however, the precise date remains unknown. The device will compete with the 5.8-inch iPhone 8 that will be announced in the fall.
