Apple Exaggerated Worth of Its Patents - Samsung

Samsung experts claim that Apple has exaggerated the worth of the patents allegedly infringed by the South Korean manufacturer. The company has even accused Apple expert John Hauser of miscalculation of the sum Apple is seeking in damages.

In case you don’t know, the guys from Cupertino have recently appealed to court in order to make Samsung pay for five technologies developed by Apple, but used in Samsung devices without the permission of the rightholder.

As noted by AppleInsider:

According to in-court reports, Samsung spent most of the day trying to dismantle Apple's patent valuation arguments that put damages in the case at nearly $2.2 billion on lost profits and royalties. The Korean company calls the number a "gross exaggeration" of the patents' worth.

To be honest, I’m confused as I don’t know who’s right and who’s not. I hope that the judge will soon make everything clear.
