This month's Vogue has a great interview with Mrs. Bill Gates, the lovely philanthropist Melinda Gates. The interview focuses on the Microsoft founder's better half, but there's a fun Apple rivalry moment in the piece, when the subject of the couples' kids is brought up. She says: "There are very few things that are on the banned list in our household. But iPods and iPhones are two things we don't get for our kids." Gates does admit to being swayed — a little— by Apple's smartphone, though: "Every now and then I look at my friends and say 'Ooh, I wouldn't mind having that iPhone'."

Watchmen: Justice is Coming [Game]

Digital Distribution today announced Watchmen: Justice is Coming, an online multiplayer game for the iPhone and iPod Touch based on the upcoming film Watchmen, from Warner Bros. Players can roam the city streets, chat with total strangers, battle with people on the other side of the country, and ride the subway to another part of the city to continue their crusade against crime, all in real-time.

CBS has released TV.com - a new free iPhone application providing access to streaming content from the CBS family of networks.
While full episode content is currently limited to older series such as "Beverly Hills 90210", "MacGuyver", and "Star Trek: The Original Series", more limited clips are available from a variety of CBS-owned 'channels', including CBS Entertainment, The CW, Showtime, CNET TV, CBS Sports, GameSpot, CBS News, ET (Entertainment Tonight), CBS Radio, The Insider, and Chow.

New video xgps and date of issue
The new version of xgps 1.2 will be released on 2nd of March. Here is a new video demonstration. Turn-by-turn voice commands work quite good.
Light Riders [AppStore, Games]
This is a multiplayer racing game. Light Rides will allow players to challenge up to 4 players over Wi-Fi. As you ride your Light Ride it will leave an Energy Trail behind it that neither you nor your opponents can pass. You will need to out maneuver your opponents while making sure you don't end up in a wall.
