Filming for Steve Jobs Biopic Continues at De Anza College
Universal Pictures has recently started filming first scenes for the long-anticipated Steve Jobs biopic written by Aaron Sorkin and directed by Danny Boyle. Earlier this week, the film crew was seen at the Flint Center at De Anza college, where Steve Jobs officially announced the very first Mac back in 1984.

Although the long-anticipated Apple Watch is expected to hit the store shelves no sooner than in April, Apple has already asked several developers to finish their apps by mid-February. For example, one of the biggest Apple Pay partners has been recently notified that he should finish its Apple Watch-compatible application by February, 12th.

Tomorrow, the guys from Cupertino will open a new flagship store in China. It is located in the city of Chongqing, which is one of the largest economic and financial centres of China. Earlier today, a couple of images showing the exterior and interior design of the new location appeared on the Internet. Well, I must admit that in terms of size and beauty, the Chongqing store is very similar to the Apple Store on Fifth Avenue in New York.
Samsung Profits Continue to Fall Steadily
While Apple’s profits continue to grow, its main market rival keeps losing its share, customers and money. According to the most recent earnings report published by Samsung earlier this week, the company saw a 36% decrease in profits in Q4 of 2014 in comparison with the year-ago result. Moreover, Samsung’s mobile division saw even greater decline - 64%. The net profit in the latest quarter accounted for 5.29 trillion won (about $4.84 billion).
