Apple Sold 2.79 Million Apple Watch Units - Slice Intelligence



According to the latest report from a research firm Slice Intelligence, Apple has sold about 2.79 million Apple Watch units since the launch of the device this April. The estimates made by the researchers are based on the mail receipts from two million users. As noted by Slice Intelligence, out of these two million people, nearly 20.000 have purchased the long-awaited wearable device. Moreover, 17% of the customers have decided to buy an additional band for the smartwatch. That’s definitely not bad for Apple.

The next iteration of the operating system for Apple’s wearable device will boast two serious improvements, namely, the ability to connect to known Wi-Fi hotspots without the iPhone and new push complications. Of course, Apple will add lots of stability, security and performance enhancements, but the two features mentioned above are surely the most awaited. TaiG Team to Focus on Jailbreak for iOS 9 - Report



As you might have noticed, the Pangu team has recently demonstrated its jailbreak for iOS 8.4. Following this announcements, the hackers from TaiG team has unveiled their plans for the nearest future. In the latest interview with iDigitalTimes, one of the developers revealed that there will be no TaiG jailbreak for iOS 8.3 or iOS 8.4. Apart from that, he added that there are no plans concerning the jailbreak of the Apple Watch. Instead, the team will focus on the development of a jailbreaking tool for iOS 9. Well, that’s quite an ambitious task, I must admit.
