Apple Watch Gets Final FCC Approval Ahead of Start of Sales





Looks like the guys from Cupertino have finally received all the required approvals from the U.S. Federal Communications Commission. This means nothing prevents Apple from making its long-anticipated Apple Watch available for U.S. customers. In case you don’t know, the wearable device will hit the store shelves in the USA and a number of other countries as soon as on April 24th.

Apple Releases Safari 8.0.4, 7.1.4 and 6.2.4 with Fixes for WebKit



Just one day after the release of the fourth beta of OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 to developers and public beta testers, Apple made three security updates for its browser. Safari 8.0.4, Safari 7.1.4, and Safari 6.2.4 are available for OS X Yosemite, Mavericks, and Mountain Lion respectively and contain fixes for WebKit.

Apple Pay Now Supports 30 New Financial Institutions



As you probably know, the guys from Cupertino launched their own mobile payments system last year. This system is called Apple Pay; it is based on the Near Field Communication technology and it uses the Touch ID fingerprint sensor to secure each payment. The only drawback is that the service is currently available only in the USA. According to the latest shared by people familiar with the matter, Apple has recently added the support of 30 new banks and credit institutions to its payments system. From now on, Apple Pay works with Charles Schwab Bank, RBC Bank and several other large financial organizations located in the USA.
