48% of Apple Music Subscribers Don’t Use This Service - Analysts

According to the latest data from a research firm MusicWatch, 48% of those who signed up for the Apple Music free trial aren’t currently using the service. The long-awaited Beats-based music service lets people with iOS 8.4 or later on their compatible iPhones, iPads and iPod touches get access to thousands of songs for free for three months. Despite this fact, only a half of subscribers listen to free music right now.

The same research reveals that only 77% of iOS users are aware of Apple Music. Well, this number could have been higher if Apple fixed all the problems people are facing while using the service.

A new research study from MusicWatch finds that 48% of users who signed up for an Apple Music free trial aren't using the service. MusicWatch says it used a representative sample of 5,000 U.S. consumers to gather data.

It should be noted that 64% of active Apple Music users plan to continue using the service. That’s a little bit more than a half. Well, not bad, but definitely not perfect.

Do you use Apple Music? Will you start using the service in the near future? Leave your comments below this article.
