Tim Cook Included In TIME’s 100 Most Influential People List 2012

Time Magazine published its list of the 100 Most Influential People In The World that was compiled for this year, and Apple CEO Tim Cook included in the list alongside Salman Khan, Rihanna, Hilary Clinton and Tim Tebow. Walter Isaacson has been also included on the TIME's list thanks to the remarkable success of his book about Steve Jobs.

Each person on the list is described by someone who knows the influential person well. In the case of Tim Cook, the honour was given by Al Gore, Apple board member and former Vice President of the USA. Here is excerpt of his entry:

“Fiercely protective of Jobs’ legacy and deeply immersed in Apple’s culture, Cook, 51, has already led the world’s most valuable and innovative company to new heights while implementing major policy changes smoothly and brilliantly.”
