Apple Announces New TD-LTE Capable iPads in China

The company from Cupertino has officially announced TD-LTE capable iPad Air and iPad mini with Retina display in China. This means that the customers in this country can now use high-speed LTE networks to access the Internet from their iPads. Well, after they purchase the compatible device, of course.

Here’s what Apple writes:

The new iPad models give customers the ability to connect to today’s most advanced cellular data networks at blazingly fast speeds, so users can surf the web or download email and apps even faster.

Apart from the high-speed LTE, both tables support the existing Chinese networks.

The updated iPad Air and iPad mini with Retina display models are available at Apple retail stores across the country, a number of Apple Authorized Resellers' stores and via Apple Online Store. For more details on the devices, visit Apple’s official website.
