Apple Releases Final Version of OS X Mavericks 10.9.3
Apple today released the final version of OS X Mavericks 10.9.3 to users worldwide. The release comes after two months of developer testing. In case you don't know, the last beta (build 13D61) was released last week and contained minor improvements.
As to the new features added to OS X Mavericks 10.9.3, they include the support of Retina resolution on 4K displays, the ability to sync contacts and calendar info via iTunes and the improved VPN connection capabilities.

The update, which is recommended for all Mavericks users, improves 4K display support on the late 2013 Mac Pro and 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display. According to the release notes, it also re-adds the ability to sync contacts and calendars between Macs and iOS devices using a USB connection and it improves the reliability of VPN connections using IPSec.
Apart from the new OS X Mavericks version, Apple released Safari 7.0.3 and iTunes 11.2.
