Apple will Release a Larger iPhone Next Year?

The time has come - Apple will reportedly launch an iPhone with a larger screen in 2014. According to Brian White of Cantor Fitzgerald, who has recently visited a number of tech companies situated in China and Taiwan, the new Apple “phablet” is already in the works.

Given today's meeting, we are confident that a larger iPhone (approximately five inches) will become a reality in 2014.

According to AppleInsider:

White's comments align with those of well-connected analyst Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI Securities, who indicated last month that Apple is likely to launch a new, larger iPhone with a screen size between 4.5 and 5 inches next year. He noted that Apple is less likely to use anything larger than 5 inches due to the company's "unwavering principle of one-hand use."

Looks like the company from Cupertino seriously plans to conquer another market - this time it’s the Asian one. However, to cope with that task, Apple should not only equip its devices with larger screens and colorful back panels, but also make them really affordable.
