BioUnlock - Tweak that Will Let You Unlock Your Mac Using Touch ID on iPhone 5s

Eric Castor, a developer who created such famous Cydia tweaks as Lyric Flow and Mewseek, has announced an upcoming tweak BioUnlock. You can take a look at how it works below.

BioUnlock will let you unlock your Mac using your iPhone 5s Touch ID Sensor. The tweak works by using WiFi to communicate with your Mac from your iPhone. Bluetooth support is on the list of things to do, as well as Windows support.

Yes, at first, unfortunately, the tweak will be compatible only with Mac OS X, but with time a version for Windows will be released too, so don’t panic if you use a laptop with Windows on board.

Eric Castor plans to 'charge a dollar or two' for BioUnlock. The tweak is expected to hit Cydia by the end of January.
