Bose Sues Beats Electronics Over Patent Infringements
Bose has reportedly sued Apple’s Beats over the noise-cancelling technology used in the headphones manufactured by the company recently acquired by the guys from Cupertino. According to what people familiar with the matter say, Beats Electronics has violated several patents, which currently belong to Bose. CNBC reporters were the first to tell about the complaint from the American audio equipment industry giant.

Re/code reports that Bose has filed a request with the International Trade Commission to ban the sale and import of certain Beats products.
