iPad Sales Won't Grow in the Near Future - Analyst

According to what Morgan Stanley’s analyst Katy Huberty says, Apple's iPad sales won't grow this quarter. The reasons for such poor results are the absence of new products and the price, which is, compared to Android tablets, pretty high.

Here's what Huberty has actually said:

We lower our 2014 tablet growth forecast to 12% from 26% on the back of increasing penetration rates and the lack of new, differentiated products.

As the tablets with Google's operating system on board are noticeably cheaper, their sales are expected to increase.

Despite the relatively weak sales, Apple's iPad continues to conquer the market. More and more users replace their PC's and laptops with tablets. Here's what Apple executives call 'post-PC era'.
