• 13.7 million sold in year (more than the 10 they predicted)

• 73% of MP3 player market, 70% in UK and Australia, 50% in Canada
• 28 billion in the bank
• Plan to open 25 stores in 2009, half internationally
• $199 iPhone a compelling value, nothing else like it in the market

Now icq.com created ICQ application for iPhone. It is avaliable for free via AppStore (link). The first version is rather buggy. But we are looking forward to see next release.

This past Saturday Apple posted a new support page, a simple list of all the carriers currently selling iPhone 3G’s and which ones are locked and which ones are unlocked.

Here are the results for all 4 devices using benchmark from AppStore (link):

1 place – iPod touch 2G, firmware 2.2 – 145,20
2 place – iPhone 3G. firmware 2.2 – 104,23
3 place – iPhone, firmware 2.2 – 99,422
4 place – iPod touch 1G, firmware 2.2 – 99,039

This is because the second-generation iPod touch’s processor runs at 532 MHz, while the iPhone 3G’s processor runs at 412 MHz.

TapDefense is a very nice and free tower defence type game. There are 42 levels, 6 towers types, 7 enemey types, interest rates, gold, halos and much more.
