Tesla CEO Confirms Recent Talks with Apple

According to the latest reports from several sources, Tesla CEO confirmed that he had a talk with Apple executives. However, it is “very unlikely” that the company from Cupertino will acquire the electric car manufacturer.

Here’s what iDownloadBlog writes:

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla Motors, in an interview Bloomberg today confirmed speculation that his Palo Alto-based electric car company has held talks with Apple. He wouldn’t comment on what the conversations revolved around, but noted that an acquisition was “very unlikely.”

There’re some other possible reasons for Apple representatives meeting with Tesla. You see, Apple is probably interested in Tesla’s new battery plant or would-be iPhone integration with Tesla’s vehicles.

Anyway, the company from Cupertino hasn’t yet commented on the issue. And I don’t think it will.
