Take a Look at New Lightning EarPods [Video]

New video showing what appears to be a pair of new EarPods with Lightning connector has recently appeared on the Internet. The short clip has been spotted on a YouTube channel called MobileFunTV.

In today's video we'll be taking a close up look at these WORKING iPhone 7 earphones that feature the lightning connector instead of the traditional 3.5mm Aux connection.

As can be seen above, the leaked headphones are fully functional and look genuine. Although their origin is unclear, the design and the quality of the materials used to produce these EarPods suggest that this is the actual unit that will be shipped alongside the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus later this year.

Apple is expected to ditch the traditional 3.5mm headphone jack in the next-generation iPhone. This step has both advantages and disadvantages and is aimed at making the phone thinner and lighter.

The release of the iPhone 7 will take place in September. Hopefully, new headphones will be unveiled alongside the device.
