Apple to Announce Beats Acquisition This Week
The company from Cupertino will officially announce Beats Electronics acquisition this week, The New York Post reports. The sum of acquisition is slightly lower than we expected.
As it was mentioned last week, Apple planned to purchase Beats for about $3.2 billion. As it turns out, the sum for some reason has been reduced to $3 billion.
5.5-inch iPhone 6 to Become $100 More Expensive than 4.7-inch?
According to what the analysts from Nomura Securities write, by the end of 2014, Apple will sell as many as 46 million iPhone 6 units. The experts claim that the 4.7-inch handset will be called iPhone 6 Air and the 5.5-inch model - iPhone 6 Pro. The smartphones will become more expensive.

Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI Securities has recently confirmed that the guys from Cupertino are planning to equip each handset and tablet launching this year and later with a Touch ID fingerprint sensor. This means that both 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 and both next-generation iPad and iPad mini will get one. The prediction is based on the data concerning fingerprint sensor shipments, which have reportedly increased lately.
