4-inch iPhone to Get A9 Processor and M9 Coprocessor - Rumor

According to the latest report from trusted sources, the widely-rumored 4-inch iPhone 5SE, which is expected to be released in March, may be equipped with Apple’s A9 processor and the M9 motion coprocessor. There are several prototypes of the handset with A8 and A9 chips on board, but it is very likely that the latter one will be added to the final version of the device.

The M9 coprocessor will make it possible for the iPhone 5SE to have the always-on Siri. Most likely, there will be two versions of the 4-inch iPhone, with 16GB and 64GB of storage. The release of the 128GB version remains under the question.

The much rumored 4-inch iPhone 5se will likely get an A9 processor with an integrated M9 motion coprocessor, according to a revised 9to5Mac report. MyDrivers first reported that the smaller device would get the faster processor back in December.

Aside from the smaller iPhone, in the first half of 2016 Apple may release the updated iPad Air 3, new bands for the Apple Watch as well as the updated MacBook, experts believe. The exact date of the release remains unknown, but people familiar with the matter believe we’ll see new devices in spring.
