Apple Releases Revamped iTunes 11

Apple has just released a revamped iTunes 11 application for Macs. The new app features a redesigned interface that is simpler and cleaner compared to the previous version. For example, the new interface has an “Expanded view” feature that allows users to click an album to quickly see its content. This saves users from re-searching and save space within the app. In addition, this view will offer recommendations from iTunes Store for other music.

The revamped app also features a new MiniPlayer. Although the MiniPlayer is smaller than in the previous version, it allows displaying more information about your music. Also it allows you to search for other tracks to play.

Another new enhancement is UP Next feature that allows users to select songs that will be played next and arrange them in a list.

The iTunes 11 offers an improved store interface that is similar to the new iTunes store interface on the iPad and iPhone.
