Photos Showing Third-Party iPad Pro Case Appear Online
A couple of images showing something very similar to the new third-party case for the long-anticipated 12-inch iPad Pro have been recently spotted online. While it is currently impossible to check the legitimacy of these photos, they show us an accessory, which is really similar to the one for the iPad Air. The case has nearly the same cutouts for volume rockers, mute switch, Power button, rear camera and Lightning connector. However, the leaked part is a bit different from the iPad Pro case that appeared on the Net several weeks ago.
The case does not have a cutout on the left side like the purported iPad Pro case that surfaced last month, nor does it have speaker cutouts due to having a different design that leaves the top and bottom edges exposed.
The images showing a case for a large 12-inch iPad Pro were shared by French reporters from Nowhereelse.fr on Saturday. While these reporters have a good track record when it comes to the releases of Apple gadgets, I suggest that you should take the most recent photos with a few pinches of salt.
The release date of the iPad Pro remains unknown. Nevertheless, people familiar with the matter claim that the tablet may be officially unveiled in the second half of this year.
