Here's a look at the new Control Center.
Control Center gives you quick access to the controls and apps you always seem to need right this second. Just swipe up from any screen — including the Lock screen — to do things like switch to Airplane mode, turn Wi-Fi on or off, or adjust the brightness of your display. You can even shine a light on things with a new flashlight. Never has one swipe given you so much control.
Do what you need to do. Quick.
Turn on or off Airplane mode, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Do Not Disturb. Lock your screen’s orientation or adjust its brightness. Play, pause, or skip a song. Connect to AirPlay-enabled devices. And quickly access your flashlight, timer, calculator, and camera.

Press the Home button twice to see preview screens of the apps you have open. To quit an app, just swipe it up and out of preview.Intelligently scheduled updates.
iOS schedules updates during power-efficient times. Like when your device is on and connected to Wi-Fi. So your battery isn’t drained unnecessarily.

Apple brings AirDrop to iOS 7, a new way to transfer files between iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch users.
Sending a photo or a document to someone via text or email is fine. But if that someone is right next to you, a text or an email suddenly feels like too many steps. Enter AirDrop for iOS. It lets you quickly and easily share photos, videos, contacts — and anything else from any app with a Share button. Just tap Share, then select the person you want to share with. AirDrop does the rest using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. No setup required. And transfers are encrypted, so what you share is highly secure.

Yes, it is of poor quality, however, you can still see the shape of the gadget and that it is fully functional.

iCrackUriDevice has posted a high quality video featuring the graphite iPhone 5S and the iPad mini housings. The parts were provided by Sonny Dickson.
Apple's graphite iPhone 5S and iPad Mini 2 first look and unboxing video. Both the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5C will reportedly be unveiled on September 10th, 2013 during an exclusive media event and released on September 20th.
Dickson has already published a gallery of grey iPhone images at the beginning of the week. So it is rumored that Apple is likely to release the iPhone 5S in four colours.

Larry Ellison speaks of Apple without Steve Jobs [Video]
Larry Ellison, CEO of Oracle has recently given an interview to CBS's Charlie Rose. It is well known that Larry was a close friend of Steve Jobs, so the main topic of the dialog was what he believes Apple without Steve Jobs will look like.
“Well, we already know,” Ellison told Rose. “We saw we conducted the experiment. I mean, it’s been done. We saw Apple with Steve Jobs. We saw Apple without Steve Jobs. We saw Apple with Steve Jobs. Now, we’re gonna see Apple without Steve Jobs.”
The events Ellison is talking about refer to the year 1985 when Steve Jobs was sacked by the Apple board. The Californian company went through many difficulties and had t struggle for further development. Later, Steve Jobs joined the company again CEO. As a result, such well-known products were launched as the iPod, iPhone and iPad, the ones that gave Apple world-wide recognition and generous revenues.
Nowadays, Apple is lead by Steve Jobs' hand picked successors - Tim Cook and the rest of the executive team (Jony Ive, Eddy Cue, etc). However, Ellison guesses that the sad history of Apple without Steve Jobs may be repeated.
Pixar CCO John Lasseter recieves Disney Legends Award for Steve Jobs [Video]
The Disney Legends award to be presented to Steve Jobs at the Disney D23 conference, was accepted yesterday on the event by Pixar CCO John Lasseter.
It will be recalled that The Disney Legends program grants special awards to people who have made an extraordinary and integral contribution to the growth and development of The Walt Disney Company. The award is presented each year on a special event.

Roku App for iOS Got the Update
Roku is a streaming player that allows you to watch photos and videos taken using your iPhone, listen to music etc. on your TV. All you need is a Roku multimedia console, an iOS device and a Roku app installed on your smartphone or tablet. This application is available on the App Store and it has been updated recently with the ability to stream your favorite videos to the large TV screen.

New Version of VLC for iOS Returns to the App Store
VLC for iOS is back. Well, this app is only available in New Zealand now, however, it would reach the American App Store soon. As to the other countries, it is said to be available a bit later.
Apple is updating support pages
Apple.com has recently had its Support pages updated. This event follows the previous redesign made on the rest of the website. Today most support pages were updated, such as Videos, Manuals, Tech Specs, and Downloads.
Before, the Support pages used to look out-of-date as compared with the rest of the website. Moreover, some problems could be faced when searching information on these pages. The updated version features product menu, so that one could search for manuals related to a specific item. Another improvement concerns search results sorted by product.
The last but not least, since now the Support pages will boast the same design as Apple online store.
