Apple Looking for Apple Watch Software Engineer





According to the latest job posting that can be found on Apple’s official website, the company is looking for a new software engineer capable of creating new watch faces for the Apple Watch. Apple plans to hire to someone with at least 3 years of experience in the required field.

As noted by the company, the software engineer will work closely with the UI, iOS Frameworks and QA teams and be responsible for new Clock Faces and Complications for the wearable device introduced last year.

Join the team that is revolutionizing the watch! As a software engineer on the Apple Watch team, you will be responsible for building the Clock Faces and Complications. You’ll work closely with the UI design, iOS Frameworks, and QA teams to develop interactions of superior quality that will ship to millions of users.

Apple is expected to release the slightly updated Apple Watch in March. It will have watchOS 2.2 on board and get several new bands.
