Apple Releases iOS 8 Beta 2 With Numerous Improvements

Apple on Tuesday seeded the second beta of iOS 8 to developers for testing. The new version of Apple's mobile operating system has a build number 12A4297e.

If to speak about new features, iOS 8 beta 2 can boast of pre-installed Podcasts app and QuickType keyboard for iPad. As to the other changes, they include enhancements for Safari, Photos and iCloud and a bunch of bug fixes and stability improvements.

The second iOS 8 beta includes several tweaks to the operating system, such as a permanent Podcasts app that now comes pre-installed and QuickType for the iPad.

iOS 8 Beta 2 is available via Software Update or on Apple's developers portal. If you have a developer account, you may download it right now. However, I don't recommend you to do this as the operating system still contains many bugs.

The guys from Cupertino are expected to release iOS 8 to public this fall. Let's wait.
