Apple Seeds watchOS 2.0 Beta 3 to Developers
Apart from seeding iOS 9 and OS X 10.11 El Capitan betas to registered developers, Apple has also made the third pre-release version of watchOS 2.0 available for download. In case you don’t know, the previous beta was released two weeks ago and could boast of a number of improvements for the developers creating apps for the Apple Watch as well as other minor updates.
Frankly speaking, the most-recent beta contains only a number of enhancements and bug fixes that make watchOS more efficient and secured. As to its build number, it is 13S5293f. In general, Beta 3 looks and feels nearly the same as Beta 2.
If you have a developer account and plan to use watchOS 2.0 to create and test apps for Apple’s first-ever wearable device, you can download the latest beta right now. To do so, you need to have an iPhone running iOS 9 paired to your smartwatch. The update is available through the Apple Watch app under General - Software Update. Keep in mind, it is not recommended to install beta software on your main device.
