Apptray: New Tool to Customize Notification Center on iOS 7

Notification Center is a very useful element of Apple’s iOS 7. It is pretty functional, however, there’s a number of things you might want to add to quick launch in order to have access to them directly from the home screen.

One of those things is your most frequently used app. Or apps, right? And now there’s a way to add your favourite apps to the Notification Center. It is called Apptray and this is a new Cydia tweak created by software engineer Joshua Lee Tucker.

According to iDownloadBlog,

The tweak, compatible with all iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices, adds a fourth tab alongside Today, All and Missed in Notification Center for opening apps directly from the notifications pulldown. An unlimited number of apps can be added to Apptray, configurable from the tweak’s dedicated menu in the Settings app.
