Both Apple and Samsung are Found Guilty of Patent Infringements

Samsung infringed on Apple's patents. This is what the jury found out during the Apple vs Samsung trial. What is interesting, though, is that Apple was also accused of violating Samsung's patent for "Apparatus for recording and reproducing digital image and speech", so now it has to pay the South Korean manufacturer $158.400.

According to what MacRumors reporters write,

The jury found that Samsung willfully infringed on three of the five patents involved in the lawsuit, ordering the South Korean company to pay $119.6 million, far from the $2 billion total Apple was hoping for.

As to the devices involved in the trial, which infringed on the patents, they include Samsung's Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Apple's iPhone 4/4s/5, iPad 2/3/4, iPad mini and both fourth and fifth generation iPod touch.
