Pegatron Reports 22% Increase in Earnings
Pegatron, Apple’s supplier that is currently responsible for the manufacture of iPhone 5c and iPad mini, reported a 22% increase in earnings earlier today. The earnings may become even higher due to a new status of the Taiwanese company. In case you don’t know, Pegatron is said to be the main supplier of the upcoming iPhone 6.
Pegatron and Foxconn to Start Production of Next-Gen iPhones and iPad Airs in Q2 or Q3
According to the latest rumors, the production of the next-gen iPhone and iPad Air will start in the second or in the third quarter of 2014. Pegatron will be responsible for assembly of both iPhones and iPads, while Foxconn will concentrate primarily on Apple’s smartphone. This is what several Chinese sources report (via ).

A well-known Apple supplier, Pegatron, has reportedly started hiring new workers in China. These people, as well as new production capacities, are required to assemble Apple’s next-generation handset that is expected to be released in the second half of 2014.
As was reported earlier, Pegatron may become responsible for manufacture of about half of the iPhone 6’s supplies.
Many Existing and New Users May Upgrade to iPhone 6 - Analyst
A large number of existing iPhone users may upgrade to iPhone 6 because of its larger display, claims analyst Brian Marshall of ISI Group. Apart from that, Apple’s next-generation handset may lure new users - those people who previously used Android devices.
The analyst believes that the company from Cupertino will release two iPhone 6 models, one with 4.7-inch display and one with 5.5-inch display. Apple is expected to unveil both smartphones in the second half of 2014.

As to the first app, it is believed to be a fitness tracker; Preview and TextEdit are the Mac’s applications with iCloud support and slightly limited functionality (if to compare with their desktop versions).

Apple’s upcoming iPhone 6 may look very similar to the current iPhone 5C. This is what is written in the latest report by Mac Otakara. Apart from that, the report cites some sources, which claim that in terms of design the new handset will slightly resemble iPod nano.
Apple's iPhone 6 to Become $100 More Expensive?
Apple’s next-generation iPhone might become $100 more expensive than the current iPhone 5s. Well, at least this is what Andy Hargreaves of Pacific Crest believes. The analyst suggests that the unlocked iPhone 6 might get a $635 price tag. Apart from the higher price, Hargreaves also predicts that there would be only one iPhone 6 model, not two, as was reported earlier. This handset may get a large 4.7-inch display.
